I grew up over near the coast and moved to Silverton in 2017. I have always had a passion for youth as long as I’ve followed God. Moving here opened up a lot of opportunities, but none more than working more with youth and leading them further to Jesus. I have led young life here and in the youth group for many years. I love being outside doing activities like hiking, kayaking, and yard games. But honestly I’m a youth pastor and I like playing video games as well. In June I am marrying my wonderful fiancé Marissa Hayes. She has led youth for many years now as well and will be leading with me here in Silverton. We can’t wait to see how God uses our marriage for his kingdom. Lastly, I love this church community and everything they stand for. Whether on staff or not, this church is home.
